The role:
Wilsthorpe School are looking for an Examinations and Administration Apprentice to join their team. The role will require you to support the administrative department in their various roles, such as general administration, processing confidential date whilst ensuring GDPR is adhered to and liaising with colleagues across the school to obtain and provide data. You may also be required to cover reception when needed and support colleagues with all aspects of work. As part of this role you will also support the Examinations team throughout the exams process. This will include preparation work for exams, supporting the Exams Officer during exams and administrative duties following exams.

The person:
We are looking for someone who has good verbal and written communication skills, and someone who has effective customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have practical experience using Word and Excel and will show confidence with their IT skills. Experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
