Vehicle Technician – Leeds
Salary: 41k basic, 47.5 OTE (uncapped) + BENEFITS
YOLO Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Mechanic / Car Technician for our client’s busy dealership based in Leeds.
You will be level 3 City and Guilds qualified as a minimum, have your own tools and a full UK driving license to be considered for this role.
Duties:
• Liaising with service staff to establish the problem in the vehicle
• Inspecting vehicles to find faults
• Using computer software to diagnose defects in the vehicle
• Selecting appropriate parts for vehicle repairs
• Fitting new parts and repairing damaged or worn out parts
• Road testing vehicles before and after repairs
• Evaluating costs and giving price estimates for repairs
• Updating vehicle log books and providing appropriate paperwork
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 5.00 every other Saturday 8.00 – 1.00.
