Summary
PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DUTIES OF THE ROLE. To maintain high standards of general cleanliness of the ward and for it to remain clutter free at all times To effectively communicate information to staff, patients, relatives and carers. Meet and greet them at the door during visiting time and ensure visitors are following with the ward visiting rules and infection control measures. To ensure all equipment is cleaned and ready for use. To ensure adequate stock levels in the ward and ensure all trolleys and danicentreare stocked appropriately. To comply with the Trusts vision, values and behavioural compact. To undertake nursing Portering duties not covered by Portering department. To maintain health and safety of all service users To monitor and maintain equipment and report any faults immediately.
