As an IT Support Technician (Field Based), your responsibilities will include:
• Travelling to and providing onsite support to customers
• Delivering and setting up new equipment & providing onsite training & advice
• Demonstrating products and helping customers select products for their needs
• Providing product first aid repairs & assisting with exhibitions, events etc
• Building relationships and friendships with current client base
• Providing 1st line support in person & via phone
We are looking for an IT Support Technician (Field Based) who has the following skills and experience:
• A driving license
• Previous experience in a technical role or an interest in tech
• Comfortable spending a lot of time on the road travelling & staying away from home
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
• A proactive, positive, friendly attitude and a proactive problem solver
• Organised with good time keeping skills & capable to manage own diary
In return, the successful IT Support Technician (Field Based) will receive a salary of £27,000 - £32,000, plus excellent company benefits including:
• Company van, fuel card & phone
• All travel expenses covered whilst travelling including meals
• Employee assistance programme
• Company pension
• 28 days holiday
