Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 8a MSK Clinical Services Manager in the Richmond MSK Services. The role may also involve some clinical work as an advanced practitioner in the MSK Triage interface service.

The Richmond MSK Services consist of a general MSK Physiotherapy service (including women's health), an MSK Triage interface service and the administration team.

You should be a highly specialised, enthusiastic musculoskeletal physiotherapist who currently works at advanced practice level, or someone who is ready to take that next career step in joining an established supportive MSK team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established MSK service.

We encourage applications from Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates and applicants with a disability or long term health condition, as these groups are under represented in senior roles.

Interview to be held on 23 May 2024.
• To be accountable for the delivery of the MSK services to meet the commissioners service specifications, quality standards, activity targets and clinical outcomes.
• To provide line management and clinical leadership for the MSK services clinicians; being accountable for the delivery of efficient and effective services which are consistent with policies, procedures and good practice whilst fostering, developing and delegating ownership and autonomy of local service pathways to the clinicians and administrative support staff.
