We put ‘people at our heart’; this ethos is at the centre of everything we do and how we do it. We care for our staff and colleagues as much as they care for others and offer a wide range of benefits and development opportunities.

These include:
• generous annual leave entitlement which increases during your time with us

• wellbeing support, including an in-house counselling service, external helpline and more

We’re always on the lookout for people who share our passion for improving the lives and wellbeing of people in our community, as well as our values of compassion, collaboration, excellence, integrity and respect.

You will need a good level of basic education including basic computer skills and at least NVQ level 3 in a child related subject. Experience working with children who are ventilated or have complex health problems would be beneficial but not essential. It is also important that the successful candidates are innovative in providing play and learning opportunities for the children and young people the team support so a sense of fun and enthusiasm is essential.

We are looking for someone with compassion and commitment. You will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. In return you will be part of a service that is warm and friendly and is committed to the children we support. The service recently received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.
