Summary
Requirements:
1. Possess a minimum of 3 years of expertise as a web/software tester.
2. Previous experience as a quality assurance tester or in a role of comparable
significance, coupled with knowledge of project management and QA
methodology, is mandatory.
3. Advantageous to have experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
and regression testing.
4. Proficient in identifying and resolving issues using Jira's test management
framework.
5. Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities.
6. Hold a BSc or BA in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
7. Proficiency in both automated and manual testing methodologies is
essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and assess the specifications of websites and online applications to
ensure adherence to quality standards.
2. Collaborate with fellow QA colleagues to formulate effective testing
strategies and plans.
3. Implement test cases, either manually or through automated means, and
analyse the resulting outcomes.
4. Scrutinize product codes as required to identify potential issues and areas
for improvement.
5. Document testing stages and detected flaws through comprehensive
journals.
6. Communicate identified flaws and errors to development teams, providing
detailed information for prompt resolution.
7. Conduct post-release or post-execution testing to validate the stability and
functionality of the web applications.
