As the Practice Manager, you will occupy a pivotal role in providing support to our four practices in Hampshire. This position is ideally suited for individuals currently serving as Deputy Practice Managers, Regional Managers, Area Managers, Head/Senior Veterinary Nurses, or Head Veterinary Receptionists, who are eager to advance their professional journey.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with the ability to seamlessly coordinate the day-to-day operations of all four clinics. Moreover, you will contribute to the development of procedures and processes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our esteemed clients and their beloved pets. Key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment, resolving staff grievances, conducting performance reviews, maintaining practice policies, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with external marketers to effectively promote our clinics.

We are seeking a Practice Manager who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be expected to strike a balance between empathy and professionalism.
This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek, from Monday to Friday. The role is based in Hampshire, with occasional travel between clinics. A full driving license and access to a car are necessary.

Role:
