3 Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week:
•Days: 6:00 am 2:00 pm Weekly £439.30
•Afternoons: 2:00 pm 10:00 pm Weekly £459.90
•Nights: 10:00 pm 6:00 am Weekly - £506.25
Rate of Pay:
•Base Rate: £11.44 per hour
•Unsociable Hours Payment (7:00 pm 7:00 am): £2.058 per hour
•Annual Earnings: £24,360.67
Job Description:
Our client, a clothing manufacturer are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join as a Press Operator in Matlock. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for operating their clothing press during production and at the end of the production process, ensuring that all garments meet our quality standards prior to packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
•Operate steam clothing press machinery efficiently and safely.
•Monitor production processes to ensure garments are pressed correctly and meet quality standards.
•Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment as required.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
•Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
•Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
•Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
