About the Role:

As a Lead Engineer/Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations across various sites in the South West of England. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Liaise with clients to address their maintenance needs effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with leadership/supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills across various trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
