Summary
F&B Assistant
Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa is a 4* Hotel, Restaurant, Health Club and Spa.

We are now looking for a passionate and experienced waiter/waitress to join our vibrant team on a full time, permanent contract supporting the service in the main restaurant.
Typical duties will include:
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Taking food and drink orders.
- Serving food and drinks.
- Preparation for a successful service.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the F&B areas.
- Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists and menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
- Being able to assist members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements.
We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:
- A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/ Waitress ideally gained in a similar environment.
- An interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine
- Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
