The Position

The Best Connection are seeking to appoint an Administrator to support our busy facilities team. The Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the Property department in looking after a portfolio of around 100 properties across the UK. The Property Coordinator is responsible for inputting and organising key data relating to the Properties. They will also assist with queries and provide timely responses to the branch network.

Package

  • Salary: £22,750 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
  • Holidays: 22 days per year rising to 25 days plus statutory holidays
  • Up to 2 days paid time off for volunteer work.

Key Attributes - Essential

You will be able to prove/ demonstrate:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.

Desired attributes

  • Proven experience within facility or property department
  • Full UK Driving license

Responsibilities:

  • Send and receive monthly utility reading and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise and file appropriate documents into property folders and database.
  • Update ticketing system to reflect changes to requests.
  • Receive and appropriately triage inbound facility and property related inquiries.
  • Chase both internal and external parties for updates when required.
  • Produce regular reports and updates highlight ongoing works and critical issues.
  • Ensure all properties are compliant with current legislation on and documentation is recorded and renewed as required.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week between hours of 08.00 – 17.00 with 1 hour for lunch.
