Summary
Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £11.44 Per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
Duration: Temporary on a week to week basis
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and cleansing data related to recruitment processes, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately input candidate information into the recruitment database.
* Review and cleanse existing candidate & client data to ensure accuracy.
* Identify and rectify any inconsistencies, errors, or duplicates in the database.
* Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates to gather additional information and assess their suitability for specific roles.
Experience:
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using recruitment databases and other software tools.
* Previous experience in making outbound calls or customer service roles is advantageous.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
