Summary
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing national boutique law firm. The company has been nominated for a number of awards including most recently for “Wellbeing”.
You will report into the company’s directors so you will be a key part of the growth plans of the business. You will be running a local high street office and a varied schedule.
Whilst prior experience working in a law firm or legal role would be desirable it is not essential. What is required is the ability to work rapidly and accurately, ensuring clients are provided with the highest level of service and care.
You will be responsible for:
Running a local office.
Meeting clients face to face or speaking to them on the phone, gathering details and booking appointments for the legal team.
Office filing and scanning.
General administrative tasks.
Diary management.
Compiling reports.
You will have:
Good numeracy skills and spreadsheet ability.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent client care skills.
Good communication skills.
The ability to multi-task and prioritise.
In the future it is likely that this role will also have people management responsibilities, managing a planned administration team.
