As an Integration Platforms Owner, you will be an experienced leader and expert, ensuring team and individual service delivery expectations are being met and positively received. You’ll identify risks and challenges related to the platforms development, manage the platform’s budget and ensure the platform complies with relevant industry standards.





Key Responsibilities



- Platform Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear and compelling platform strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Network covering corporate connectivity, telephony, audio-visual, CCTV, and physical access control.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, architects, and business leaders, to gather input, prioritise features, and ensure the platform meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive platform roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
- Platform Ownership: Take ownership of the platform's backlog, define user stories, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of enabler features and enhancements.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement robust performance metrics and monitoring processes to track platform usage, health, and effectiveness. Continuously analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
- User Experience: Champion user-centric design principles to ensure an intuitive and seamless user experience for all platform users.





Skills and Experience



- Hands on experience of developing Integration Patterns, best practices and standards and features
- Demonstrable integration experience (integration development, testing, and deployment) across SAP Integration Suite (Data Intelligence) and SAP PO/CPI
- SAP BTP (centred around Data Sphere) exposure/interest
- as this is part of our larger target architecture moving off SAP BW/Hana
- Proven experience in leveraging standard SAP Integration content to build Integration flows in CPI for interfaces between SAP, other non-SAP systems and BW/4HANA
- Experience in designing reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects (RAML, REST, SOAP)
- Product/Platform Management; leadership experience in a managing technology role
- Hands-on experience of leading agile delivery with mixed teams of inhouse and external developers
- Experience of successfully building, binding, leading, and motivating multi-disciplinary inhouse technical teams
- A knowledge of SAFe and the role of Product/Platform therein (SAFe training is available)
