Summary
Demonstrate an understanding of the clinical area resource costs and adopt a cost mindful approach to the utilisation of such resources, recognising and taking forward areas for cost reduction. Manage and ensure the well-being of staff through effective appraisal, roster management recruitment and selection, fair and compassionate staff management, in line with all SBUHB workforce policies, and the supervision of supernumerary staff. Work and communicate effectively as a member of the junior clinical and nursing leadership team for the organisation, collaborating with the Band 7 and also with Renal Matron to Promote equality and diversity.
