We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader to join a passionate team in the coastal city of Swansea. Our client is a RCVS Accredited Hospital committed to delivering top-tier veterinary care to their community. As a Veterinary Surgeon Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Veterinary Surgeon in ensuring the efficient, professional, and compassionate delivery of pet services to the local community. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of team management, including recruitment, selection, and development of veterinary staff. In addition, you will be involved in project management, task delegation, and maintain a presence on the clinical rota.
The practice is situated in the stunning coastal city of Swansea, renowned for its picturesque Swansea Bay waterfront and the breath-taking Gower Peninsula.
