Summary
ARS International Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Manager who is skilled and experienced to meet with the day-to-day company business operations. Warehouse Manager Responsibilities will be:
Supervising deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensuring products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are despatched efficiently to customers.
Managing warehouse staff, which includes ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
Liaising with production, maintenance, sales and other departments to determine the materials and other items required for current and future production schedules and sales commitments.
Reviewing, developing and implementing stock control, handling and distribution policies to maximise use of space, money, labour and other resources.
Advising purchasing department on type, quality and quantity of goods required and dates by which they must be available.
Preparing reports on expenditure and advising on materials and parts standardisation, future stores and stock control policies.
Deciding on storage conditions for items, allocates warehouse space and arranges for regular stock inspections to detect deterioration or damage.
The prospective candidate should meet the requirements below:
i- The candidate must be experienced using a Warehouse Management System with confident IT skills.
ii- The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and willing to work in a multicultural environment.
iii- Strong problem-solving skills.
iv- The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
v- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with customers when needed.
