This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, high-growth business in the automotive sector. You will play a key role in the expansion of the business, while making enhancements to how the finance function works.
Your new role
As the successful candidate, your duties will include:
- Overseeing the production and review of monthly accounts
- Managing forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning
- Supporting group with the annual Audit
- Providing information to support R&D tax claims
- Managing cash flow and the cash position of the business
- Partnering with the SLT, supporting the decision-making process
- Reviewing and enhancing policies, systems and procedures to drive efficiencies
- Managing two staff members
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:
- Qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA
- Strong management accounts experience
- Experience improving processes, policies and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- A positive attitude and problem-solving skills
