Your new role
- Administer the AP function, including supplier setup, to ensure all invoices are matched with PO's
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare weekly and urgent payment requests ensuring timely payments
- Credit card expenses
- Assist with month end creditor reconciliations
- Manage the intercompany cross charge process
- Provide ad-hoc financial support
What you'll need to succeed
- 1 years' office / finance experience or desire to study AAT
- You will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Good communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of using an accounting system is desirable
