Summary
An experienced Building Surveyor is required for an immediate start in a long term temporary position (11 months) by our Public Sector client based in Greater Manchester.
You will be working in an established multi disciplinary team, in a hybrid role, office based 2 to 3 days per week minimum.
The ideal candidate will have AutoCad skills and previous experience of working on schools & public buildings projects.
Ideally you will have the ability to write specifications.
Pay Rate £19.81 per hour (PAYE)
