Summary

Summary:

Rochdale Training has an exciting opportunity for a Data Input/Compliance Administrator to ensure contractual compliance through audit and input of information through data claim submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use bespoke electronic system(s) daily to audit all evidence relating to learner data.
- Ensure all paperwork is both present and in line with contractual requirements and processes.
- Undertake validation activity to ensure accuracy and standards are met.
Prepare and update monthly profiles for monthly Senior Team meetings.
- Check and assure that evidence is compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements prior to submission to funding body and approve financial and performance claims.
- Work within strict data security protocols and always ensuring adherence to GDPR.
- Support with preparation and facilitation of various audits.
- Keep abreast of contractual requirements, commissioner guidelines and funding rules.
- Support colleagues to understand programme compliance requirements and processes.
- Support with archiving and retrieval of records to provide general administrative support for the team.
- Respond to queries by various mediums such as phone, teams/zoom, messaging, email in a clear and articulate manner.
- Ensuring attention to detail and presentation are consistently at high standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism are always kept.
- Liaise with internal and external partners as appropriate using various forms of communication.
- Work to daily, weekly, and monthly targets and deadlines.
- Demonstrate efficient time management in balancing workload and priorities to meet deadlines.

About You:
- Must have a methodical and analytical approach and an eye for detail.
- Organisational and multi-tasking skills to effectively balance time and priorities.
- Excellent IT skills, able to use Microsoft packages to a good standard.

Essential Requirements:

- Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers, colleagues, and partners.

Desirable Requirement:

- Experience of working in a compliance role or similar position with comparable duties and responsibilities.
- Have experience of working on publicly funded contracts within the education sector and necessary funding rules.
- Experience of using Management Information Systems.
- Business Administration Level 3 or above.
