Summary

We are now looking for a new Business Development Manager to join the team and assist in executing our business growth plan.

Who are we seeking?
Whilst a background in construction, property management, plumbing or manufacturing sectors would be helpful, the key to your success in this role is your exemplary drive, work ethic, resilience, and charisma. We have an enviable position in the market with an outstanding reputation with our range of premium products being built to last and being provided with patented technology. Working as part of a small but dedicated team, you will play a critical role in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and showcasing how our Taplanes solutions can drive value for their businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record for generating leads, building relationships and closing sales.

Hours: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable, in the region of £29K basic plus uncapped performance-based commission:
