Summary

The Project Development Officer will develop and deliver a range of innovative activities and projects that will engage young people aged 16 years plus to enhance their life chances and employability skills, using a range of cultural magnets such as sport, music, arts and digital.
The Officer will also be responsible for recruiting, training and supervision of up to 5 volunteers.
The post holder will also establish and facilitate both a Professionals and a Young People’s Employability and Skills Forum to ensure the needs of young people are met.
They will also coordinate and promote all employability support for adults and young people in Conwy including the promotion of current and future growth opportunities, including green industries.
