Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. Responsibilities
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Observe and assess children's development and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily routines
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's well-being
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of children
Experience
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive and supportive manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
