Summary
A rare opportunity to join an existing sales and marketing team as a trainee, promoting holiday home ownership at our Park in Northumberland.
The successful candidate will be proactive, able to generate leads, build relationships with potential new buyers by consistently following through on all enquiries, and also demonstrate a flair for identifying potential upgrades with existing owners while delivering exceptional service. A confident, positive approach is essential.
Only 30 minutes from Newcastle, this premium park is set within 165 acres of some of the best countryside in Northumberland, with the usual facilities plus a bar/restaurant, a free-to-use 18 hole golf course and some big plans going forward.

The Person
· Comfortable talking to customers
· Excellent customer service skills
· Computer literate
· Able to work well on his or her own initiative, yet also a committed team player keen to help achieve team goals
· Valid UK driving licence
· Willing to work weekends
· 5 days / 40 hours a week
Salary & Benefits
· Basic wage £24,000, opportunity to earn £45,000pa+ including bonuses
