As a Lead Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of support alongside the locality manager and assistant locality manager. You'll serve as a beacon of guidance, coaching, and mentorship for support workers and relief support workers, ensuring that individuals receive top-notch care tailored to their unique needs and goals.
