Summary

Support Worker – North Petherton - £11.91ph

Typical Shifts are: 20:30 - 08:00 working 2 or 3 shifts a week including weekends

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in North Petherton supports ten people with learning disabilities, autism, Down’s syndrome and cerebral palsy. Set in a quiet location in a grade II listed building, you can be sure that no two days will be the same!

As a Night Support Worker you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting them with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach.
