Position Available: Teaching Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in primary schools located in and around the vibrant city of Bradford. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning, assisting teachers in delivering high-quality education to students and ensuring their overall well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons, including preparing materials, assisting with classroom activities, and working with small groups of students.
Foster positive relationships with students, offering encouragement, guidance, and assistance as needed to promote their academic and social development.
Support the individual needs of students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL), by implementing differentiated instruction and providing tailored support.
Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create engaging learning experiences and contribute to the overall school community.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and attendance, and communicate effectively with parents/carers and colleagues.
Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young learners.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards working in a dynamic school environment.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
