You will be joining a well- established experienced management team and will receive positive support to develop your career with the opportunity to complete a fully funded Diploma in health and social care award.

You will be expected to collaborate with the Extra Care Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, the housing provider, NHS professionals, Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure that the highest standards of care are provided. You will ensure that the care provided empowers clients and meets their needs. You will also work in conjunction with service users’ families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere within the service. The ability to work in an empathetic and holistic way in order to maintain orientation and independence is essential. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable.
