Summary
Hybrid Working Foreman / Site manager role
Company based in Wakefield would ideally want someone within 30 Minutes of office.
Job entails:
Joinery works / Site managing - 50/50 split.
Ideally looking for someone coming off the tools looking to work his way up the ladder.
Will be running jobs from 200k upwards depending on experience.
Duties:
Joinery works (Kitchen installations, Partitions, Door hanging, furniture, Cubicles ETC)
Site managing (Tool box talks, Health and safety, managing subbies, Pushing project, Reporting to PM, Representing company on site)
Must be willing to be molded to company ethos
All works Commercial fit outs
ranging from £200k - £1.5 Million
Certs required:
SMSTS, 1st aid, CSCS, Asbestos, NEBOSH - Preferred but not essential
candidate will be on a temp to perm - 6/8 weeks temporary then transferred into permanent.
Permanent Salary: £40k - £45k Depending on experience.
