Couture Studio is looking for a Pattern Cutter in London (Slough)
Stratton Mills is an employment business that provides Fashion Personnel around the UK. We have a great opportunity for Pattern Cutters. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a temporary to permanent basis.
BREAKDOWN OF THE PATTERN CUTTER ROLE:
Sector: Couture Garments
Salary: £15.00- £17.00 per hour
Hours: 7.00 am until 4.00 pm Monday to Friday (flexible)
Immediate Start
Location: London (Slough)
DUTIES FOR THE PATTERN CUTTER ROLE:
• Acts as a link between the design and manufacturing stages
• Create pattern templates using working drawings
• Work with machinists to make samples
• Cutting cardboard pattern pieces for each part of the garment
IDEAL PATTERN CUTTER CANDIDATE:
• A minimum of 5 years of pattern cutting on garments experience is required
• Previous experience in using fabric-cutting tools
• Strong communication skills
