Summary
CSCS Labourer required in Wantage, Oxfordshire, for an immediate start.
About the Job
Labourer required for a construction development site.
Key Skills:
• Must have previous experience working on a construction site.
• Must have rights to work in the UK.
• Must have a valid CSCS card.
• Full PPE
• Competent communication skills
• A minimum of 3 years on site experience within New Build sites
• The ability to read drawings in conjunction with the plots
• Experience and knowledge of NHBC Pre-Plaster works prior to closing up
• Experience of cleaning out plots throughout cycle of build
• Maintaining site cleanliness externally
• Cleanliness of welfare to compound, including toilets
• Understanding of Health & Safety, and ability to help maintain this on site
• Understanding of receiving and checking all deliveries for errors, and putting away or storing these deliveries in correct location
• To control stores, and issue materials accurately
• Ability to load out materials from drawings for internal fitment
• Ability to work on own initiative
• To be trusted as a key holder as site progresses. Unlocking and locking all plots.
