Summary

Randstad C&P are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, regional construction firm specialising in luxury residential projects, including bespoke new builds and high-end refurbishments. With a secure project portfolio of schemes valued at up to £10 million, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship to our discerning clients.

The contractor are seeking a talented, knowledgeable Contracts Manager to help assist in the preconstruction and delivery of luxury residential projects. Selected candidates will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to work on prestigious projects and make a significant impact in the luxury residential sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of multiple luxury residential projects, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery, implementing appropriate solutions to mitigate them.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve excellence in performance, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to effectively manage project timelines and costs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in construction project management, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, particularly in new build bespoke and refurbishment projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • A Full UK Drivers Licence and the willingness to travel
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (e.g., HND, HNC, degree).
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and other relevant construction industry certifications.
