As an experienced clinical nurse, leader, and manager, you will play a key role in our senior leadership team. Your responsibilities include upholding top-notch nursing standards, driving team engagement, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to overall clinic performance. You are passionate about our client's mission and will promote it to your team and clients. You will have the freedom to develop the nursing strategy with guidance from the Clinical Director and support team. Your direct responsibilities involve managing, developing, and supporting the nursing team to create a motivated and healthy workforce and engaging in dynamic clinical responsibilities for 80% of your workday, encompassing on-call shifts, virtual care duties, and an unwavering commitment to patient well-being.
