EXPERIENCED LSA needed for SEN School in Kirkham
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a Special Educational Needs school in Kirkham. As a vital member of the team, you will provide invaluable support to students with diverse learning needs.
Location: Kirkham
Hours: 8:30am-3.30pm, Monday-Friday
Rate: £83-£90 per day
Your role will involve:
- Assisting with classroom activities
- Providing one-on-one support
- Fostering a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with special educational needs is essential
- Ideally will have relevant qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
