Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.

- Providing support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and development.

- Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success.

- Adhering to school policies and procedures, including behaviour management and safeguarding protocols.

- Communicating effectively with school staff and Teaching Personnel to ensure a seamless supply experience.

Requirements:

- Completion or imminent completion of a PGCE or similar teaching qualification.

- Passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate young learners.

- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and with varying age groups.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enhanced DBS disclosure (Teaching Personnel can assist with this if needed).
