We are looking for hardworking, keen individuals who are Health and Safety aware.

The Trainee Firestopper role:


Complete Fire Stopping Installations.
Install fire stopping to fire doors.
Small to large penetrations.
Working in flats/housing/care homes/commercial premises to include working in confined spaces.
To ensure all work is carried out to a standard that satisfies the customer, company, and accreditations.
To consistently achieve agreed performance targets
Appropriate use of all materials, tools, and resources



Ensure health and safety regulations are met as well as best practice standards
Work towards IFC accreditation in fire stopping (breach & penetration sealing) and NVQ
To represent Ian Williams in a professional and friendly manner when talking to customers and internal stakeholders, always.


What will you bring as a General Operative?


Hold the full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
To act in a safe manner in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and requirements the candidate.



Motivated and proactive in your approach to work with the ability to work to individual and team targets, but most of all someone who is eager to learn
