About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial litigation lawyer to join a well established and highly regarded firm based in Suffolk. The successful candidate will work on a varied mix of commercial related disputes to include landlord and tenant, breach of contract claims, consumer rights, franchise and breach of warranty, debt recovery and insolvency. This role will sit within the wider business team. Applications are invited from all those with commercial litigation experience and those at mid level are highly desirable for this role. Networking and business development experience is also desirable although not essential.
