Summary
P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking Construction Commercial Manager to join their team based in Suffolk on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and hire in line with agreed annual budget.
• Leading ideas engaging the team along the way.
• Ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high, and in line with company policy.
• Development of team including recruitment and also the retention of key people.
• Managing commercial and financial risks.
• Product and service development.
• Join the senior leadership team to help steer the company strategy.
• Managing a division.
Person Specification:
• Experience of building regulations.
• Be practical in your approach.
• Knowledge of the construction industry or architecture (Desirable).
• Must be able to read technical building drawings.
• Management experience.
Working Hours & Benefits:
• Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
• 45 minute lunch break
• 25 days holiday
• Christmas bonus scheme
