Summary


To manage and collaborate on a variety of projects for the delivery of Havens Hospices’ Art Trail for 2025, ensuring a high quality of service, events and activities, ensuring success and maximising potential of the project. Additionally, to support and enable other colleagues across the Team and organisation in managing various elements of the project.

To work closely with the Projects Manager, other officers, managers and the Head of Fundraising, to contribute to the development and success of the Art Trail in 2025.

Havens Hospices provides specialist care and support for people of all ages who are living with incurable conditions and their families. Our specialist team offers a wide range of care and support options for patients and their loved ones, based on their needs and wishes. This can be in the comfort of their own home, in the hospices – Fair Havens for adults or Little Havens for children - or a combination.

To be collectively responsible with other Fundraising colleagues for progress against aims, objectives, and targets of the project.

To proactively contribute to our culture of collaborative working in the department by supporting and managing a number of key projects within the Art Trail 2025 programme.

To proactively explore opportunities to enhance activity and income for the project.

To have an innovative approach to new opportunities and foster our culture of innovation and creativity in the department in order to maximise the project’s success.

To support the departments approach to, framework for and systems that encourage project working.

To coordinate ongoing and upcoming projects related to the Art Trail across to support the department as a whole for effective and efficient working to achieve the project’s objectives.
