Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance Busines based in Leeds. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties in Bradford and surrounding areas. The Multi Trade Operative role:


Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within the day to day response team, completing an average of six jobs a day predominantly in Plumbing
Occasionally undertake first and second fix Plumbing in void (untenanted) properties as part of the refurbishment programme, as well as complete basic carpentry, plaster patching, tiling & composite door installation
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.


What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative:


Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Plumbing or similar professional body (eg. City & Guilds)
Demonstrable previous experience of working in a Multi Trade capacity in an internal installation setting
Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Operative role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
