Summary

Job Title: Commercial Gas Maintenance Engineer

Location: Hull with occasional travel to Newcastle

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation every 1 in 7 weeks.

Are you a skilled Gas Maintenance Engineer in search of a fulfilling opportunity? Randstad CPE is currently on the lookout for a seasoned Gas Engineer to fill a vital role, encompassing extensive maintenance duties across diverse commercial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough gas system servicing and maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Swiftly address heating/plumbing breakdowns related to gas systems, diagnose issues, and implement effective repairs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies, prioritising the safety of all operations.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities conducted and materials used.
  • Provide exemplary customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding gas systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Completion of a recognised relevant trade apprenticeship.
  • Proficiency in installing, servicing, and maintaining gas systems, including A/C, HVAC, and associated equipment.
  • City & Guilds 2079 F Gas & ODS Regulations.
  • Valid current driving license and willingness to travel.
