Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours a week (start & finish times can be flexible)
Position Pays: Dependant on experience

The Opportunity
An Aftersales Advisor works closely with the Service Advisors, Service Manager and the Workshop team. You will be tasked with the job card preparation / customer communication and dealing with customers both face to face / digitally and on the phone and any other additional administrative duties.You will be responsible for:

Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in a methodical and accurate manner.
Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.
Preparing invoices.
Maintaining accurate payment records.
Dealing with customer enquires face to face
Dealing with customer enquires on the phone / email
Making accurate customer bookings


More about you:
To be successful in this role you will need:

Previous Administration experience
Previous Aftersales experience would be beneficial
Experience using Microsoft Word / Excel
Previous experience using Kerridge is desirable
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Good telephone manner
Experience in a customer facing environment
Excellent communication skills
