Location: Mercedes Benz of Bridgend
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours a week (45 hours a week) Alternative Saturday morning as overtime
Position Pays: Dependant on experience
The Opportunity
An Aftersales Advisor works closely with the Service Advisors, Service Manager and the Workshop team. You will be tasked with the job card preparation / customer communication and dealing with customers both face to face / digitally and on the phone and any other additional administrative duties.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in a methodical and accurate manner.
- Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
- Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.
- Preparing invoices.
- Maintaining accurate payment records.
- Dealing with customer enquires face to face
- Dealing with customer enquires on the phone / email
- Making accurate customer bookings
More about you:
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous Aftersales experience would be beneficial
- Experience using Microsoft Word / Excel
- Previous experience using Kerridge is desirable
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good telephone manner
- Experience in a customer facing environment
- Excellent communication skills
