Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time 

Hours of work: 40 hours a week (45 hours a week) Alternative Saturday morning as overtime 

Position Pays: Dependant on experience 

 

The Opportunity

An Aftersales Advisor works closely with the Service Advisors, Service Manager and the Workshop team.  You will be tasked with the job card preparation / customer communication and dealing with customers both face to face / digitally and on the phone and any other additional administrative duties.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Preparing documentation relating to transactions, in a methodical and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining an efficient document storage system, which allows for prompt retrieval of information.
  • Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Maintaining accurate payment records.
  • Dealing with customer enquires face to face
  • Dealing with customer enquires on the phone / email
  • Making accurate customer bookings

 

 

 

More about you:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous Administration experience 
  • Previous Aftersales experience would be beneficial 
  • Experience using Microsoft Word / Excel 
  • Previous experience using Kerridge is desirable
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Good telephone manner 
  • Experience in a customer facing environment 
  • Excellent communication skills
