Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our field-based account management team at the UKs leading FM company, looking after the Surrey and Sussex regional areas, overseeing client requirements within our Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services business.

We are seeking an energetic and valued contributor who can ensure that we deliver exceptional results everyday to our clients. You will visit client sites to drive service quality through regular auditing, increase revenue through asset development plans, sustainability initiatives and general projects to improve the first impressions of the site. You will be responsible for meeting client FMs on-site to develop relationships and ensure positive NPS results whilst ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met, financial performance is accurate, and all systems and processes are updated accordingly.

Agile, flexible working is critical to the continuing success of the Landscapes business, the ability to embed performance excellence through an operating model which supports operational seasonal peaks and out of hours customer support is critical as client demands change throughout the year.

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Account Director and will be entrusted with a portfolio that you will manage under their mentorship. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our commitment to delivering exceptional service is upheld every day.

Your responsibilities will include driving an increase in the company's total revenue through the contracts assigned to you. You will play a crucial role in maximizing the contract life cycle by seamlessly integrating contracts and deeply understanding the philosophy and culture of our customers. A significant part of your job will be to manage and cultivate professional relationships with both clients and colleagues within the company.

You will also ensure that all internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Your proactive approach will be vital in continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and resource utilization. Additionally, you will oversee the financial management of these clients, focusing on refining the debt management process to optimize financial operations.
