Remarkable Jobs are currently assisting an established international AV and live events client, with the recruitment of a Senior Account Manager.

The team have an excellent understanding of technology and use this knowledge not only to enhance the client experience, but to continually review and improve every aspect of the business.

The purpose of the 'Senior Account Manager' is to generate and drive revenues, primarily from existing accounts, but also from new clients. It is the Senior Account Manager's responsibility to ensure that clients will receive the most appropriate solution, which in turn strengthens the relationships and leads to long term revenue growth.

The solutions on offer are sometimes quite complex. In order to produce quotations the role requires close collaboration with colleagues in technical and operational functions.

'Senior Account Manager' Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of key clients and selling solutions for live events to existing and new clients.
• Ensuring clients receive the most appropriate solution
• Writing account plans for clients to identify and maximise revenue opportunities
• Producing quotations and proposals
• Analysing profitability of accounts and recommend actions for improvements
• Attend industry functions to cement relationships and develop new ones

'Senior Account Manager' Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a technical delivery / technical sales role
• A natural 'hunter', with a hunger for sales
• A good understanding of the exhibition and live events sector
• Demonstrable track record of achievement and commercial skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; a proficient, natural networker
• Strong organizational skills; including meeting management
• Experience using a CRM system
