TeacherActive is looking to take onboard a proactive and ambitious staff member to supervise an after school club based in Keyworth, Nottinghamshire. This is a contracted role that will lead to a permanent position for the right person.
The working hours are 3 - 6pm (Monday – Friday). The successful applicant will have the ability to build great rapport with children and staff to ensure a positive atmosphere. They will understand the needs of individual children and assist in fun and creative educational activities.
The successful After School Club Assistant will have:
• Experience working with primary children
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening and understanding skills
• A kind and caring approach to children
• Flexible to work evenings (Monday to Friday)
• A passion to support and inspire young children
