SUPPORT PLANNER (RSAP), ROUGH SLEEPER ACCOMMODATION PROGRAMME (HOUSING FIRST), NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK06 £22,994 - £24,156 FTE
Housing First / RSAP (rough sleeper accommodation programme) is an innovative model to help vulnerable homeless people in Nottingham City.
We are looking for the right individual to work in our great team delivering an innovative approach to support excluded and hard to reach clients.
Housing First & RSAP focuses on supporting rough sleepers to maintain their tenancies in their own accommodation and achieve individual goals and aspirations.
Framework and partners will provide good quality self-contained housing within the Nottingham City boundaries.
You will have a smaller caseload of approx., 7-8 which will allow you to provide wrap around, flexible support and empower people facing multiple exclusion.
Your intensive support will help our clients to engage in the relevant services and provide them with the skills to maintain a tenancy.
The service operates as an outreach model, a large amount of working takes place either in the community, around the city centre or inside our client’s homes. You will adhere to all organisational and service lone working procedures. Good admin skills are a necessary requirement for electronic recording of information and support planning.
Our office base is Val Roberts House, Gregory Boulevard. Our core hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4:30pm. Although flexibility may be required outside these hours occasionally.
