Summary

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be pivotal in driving our marketing efforts. Leading the charge in developing and executing engaging campaigns by ensuring that they align with our audience. Collaborating closely with our media team, you'll oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, effectively conveying our brand's message.

Your role goes beyond content creation; you'll delve into analytics to refine our strategies. By analysing data, you'll gain insights into performance and make informed decisions to optimise our approach.

SEO will be another key focus area. Leveraging your expertise, you'll enhance our website's visibility, ensuring we maintain a strong online presence within our industry.

In the ever-evolving hobby industry, staying attuned to trends is essential. You'll monitor industry shifts and consumer behaviour, enabling us to adapt quickly and remain relevant.

Working with the wider teams, you'll collaborate to create marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Together, you'll infuse creativity and effectiveness, ensuring they meet the key interests of our target audience.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be pivotal in amplifying our brand's online visibility and engagement. Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation:
● Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing plans aimed at driving online traffic, engagement, and sales.
● Utilise a variety of digital channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, to achieve business objectives effectively.

Social Media Management:
● Manage and enhance our presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X) by crafting engaging content, orchestrating campaigns, and fostering community interaction.
● Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.

Content Creation and Coordination:
● Generate compelling and relevant content for diverse digital platforms, including our website, blog, and social media channels.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.

Email Marketing Campaigns:
● Develop and implement targeted email campaigns designed to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products or services effectively.
● Analyse email performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness continually.

SEO Optimisation:
● Conduct comprehensive keyword research and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings and visibility.
● Stay abreast of search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain optimal performance.

Analytics and Reporting:
● Utilise advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
● Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

Professional requirements
● Previous work experience in a digital marketing role
● Previous work experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Centre, Facebook Insights, Email Marketing, (mailchimp) etc.)
● Ability to follow brand identity to complete work to an existing standard
● Ability to collaborate with other departments
● Familiarity and/or experience with the products we sell
● Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
